Requirement Of Approval For Establishment Of Company And Operation Of Trade, Business
Any gazetted civil employee, and non- gazetted and classless civil employee wishing to take part in the establishment, registration or operation of any bank or company, to carry on any trade or business or to accept any kind of service elsewhere, pursuant to Section 48 of the Act, shall obtain approval from the Ministry concerned with the service, group, and the Head of the Department, respectively.
Provided that, the non-gazetted and classless civil employees in any district-based office shall obtain such approval from the Chief District Officer of the concerned district.
